Leave the M1 at junction 28 & take the A38 and A615 towards Matlock.

In Tansley turn right after "The Tavern at Tansley" onto Church Street.

From Matlock (Costa Coffee), Crown Square, take the A615 towards Tansley.

After approximately 1½ miles on the left you will see the "The Royal Oak" pub.

Take the first left after the pub into Church Street.

Continue for about a ¼ of a mile until you see the Village Green & bus shelter on your right.

Fork left immediately after the bus shelter onto 'The Knoll' (sign posted on the road).

Yew Tree Cottage is the second entrance on the right hand side – name plaque on the wall on the right hand side of the drive.

If you get to Riber View Close on your left you've gone 20 metres too far!
